Jacob, Client
“I would like to thank all those who supported me. All of us are still fighting for all who are being incarcerated unfairly and who are being treated unfairly. And I Must Say, continue to fight.”

Detention Bond Program
Between 2018 and 2023, RAICES paid out $20M in bonds to keep families together and free in coordination with partners including the National Bail Fund Network. We continue to pay bonds for clients in federal government custody.
RAICES represents clients without regard to likelihood of relief, case type, nationality, language, or any other factors, and our client advocates have provided legal consultation, representation, and bond payment support to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers from over 40 nations across North America, Central America, the Caribbean, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia in recent years.
