Action Alert: ICE Targeting Unaccompanied Children for Removal

Verified reporting indicates that the U.S. government is launching a nationwide operation on October 3, 2025, targeting young people classified as unaccompanied children.

While the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) indicates that this is a voluntary program, reporting suggests that potentially threatening tactics may be used.

We strongly recommend that you contact your legal representative for counsel on appropriate next steps if you are contacted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

ICE targeting unaccompanied children ages 14 and older and of all nationalities

Age threshold may be lowered to 10
