Anna L. Flores, Co-CEO at RAICES, is a nonprofit financial leader with a strong dedication to community service.

Anna’s background includes overseeing Finance and Operations at RAICES. Previously, she served as Controller for Goodwill Industries of San Antonio, where she managed a $105 million budget encompassing retail operations, federal contracts, and Workforce Development grants. Before that, she was the Chief Financial Officer for the Community Action Corporation of South Texas, serving 600 Texans across 17 counties through programs such as Head Start, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Veterans Assistance.

Anna holds an MBA from the University of Incarnate Word and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University in Kingsville. Her commitment to the community is evidenced by her involvement in launching a GED program and organizing events to provide free shoes and school uniforms to elementary students. She was also instrumental in establishing Dress for Success in Corpus Christi, where she served as both President of the Board of Directors and Treasurer.
