As of 2023, you may establish a Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) with a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) of up to $53,000 tax-free from your IRA. With a CGA, a donor makes a gift to a public charity like RAICES in exchange for a fixed, lifetime payment. CGA payout rates are now at the highest level in over a decade.
