Nicole Arrow is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she serves as an attorney in the investment advisory legal department. In this capacity, among other responsibilities, she provides legal counsel to Morgan Stanley’s Donor Advised Funds.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Nicole was an associate at several law firms, including Sadis & Goldberg and Sidley Austin. In addition to her work as a fund formation attorney, she provided pro bono legal services to immigrants seeking asylum or special immigrant juvenile status, and to immigrant families impacted by federal detention and separation policies.

Nicole received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and her B.A. in Politics and International Relations from Tufts University. She is a first generation Mexican-American and maintains native fluency in English and Spanish, as well as professional proficiency in French.

Nicole lives in Connecticut with her husband, two stepdaughters, and dog.
